Medicinal Use:
Eyesight – night vision, blue light cell damage, cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma
Diarrhea
Stomach ulcers
Heart health – blood vessels, circulation, atherosclerosis, angina
Antioxidant
Chronic Venous Deficiency: swollen, bruised, pain, burning in legs, varicose veins
Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea): 2 x per day 3 days prior to cycle, continue for 8 days. Do this for 2 cycles minimum. (reduces pain, nausea, headaches, vomiting)

Interactions:
Diabetes – may lower blood sugar levels, would need to be monitored and medication dosage may need to be adjusted
Stop intake at least 2 weeks prior to surgery
Meds that slow down blood clotting: aspirin, cataflam, warfarin etc.
